Residences at Foundry Place Progress

Progress continues at our Residences at Foundry Place Project in Portsmouth, NH! Currently, structural steel installation by SL Chasse Steel is ongoing, and coordination with masonry and the MEP trades is underway. The elevator shaft, underground utilities, and slab on deck and slab on grade pours are scheduled to take place in the next few weeks. The framer is actively prefabricating wall panels and trusses at the wood shop with the anticipated commencement of vertical construction set for the start of the New Year in 2024.
