Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will provide technical support to ensure construction work is performed on schedule and in accordance with company policy and industry best practices. Provide assistance to the Superintendents, Project Managers, and the rest of the Project Team to facilitate the successful execution of the project.

Carpenter

The position of construction carpenter consists of constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials, using the carpenter’s hands and power tools.

Superintendent

Provides overall field leadership on a single project. Leads a team of subcontractors in the field ensuring that we meet Fulcrum standards of Quality, Safety and Schedule. Acts with urgency and accountability as it relates to the project schedules.

Provide overall management direction to one large project or multiple smaller projects; establish project objectives and policies. Maintain liaison with prime client contracts and monitor construction and financial activities through administrative direction of Superintendent.
