Fulcrum Associates joined GL Rogers, Brick & Barn Compass, Market Square Architects, and Ambit Engineering, Inc. at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Residences at Foundry Place in Portsmouth, NH. We are thrilled to be the construction manager for this multi-resident development project. This development features modern one, two, and three-bedroom units with upscale amenities.
