Pelham Terrace Project Reaches Foundation Milestone

Construction continues to move forward at the Pelham Terrace housing development in Pelham, New Hampshire. The foundation for the new six-unit residential building is now complete, marking an important milestone as the project advances into its next phase.

Fulcrum is serving as Construction Manager for the phased development, which includes renovations to existing structures, selective demolition, and new construction designed to expand housing opportunities within the community.

With foundation work complete, the project team will continue advancing construction of the new building while coordinating work throughout the broader development.
