Parkland ER Project Progress

Fulcrum would like to provide a quick update on the ongoing renovation project at Parkland Medical Center’s Emergency Room. With Phase 5 of this multi-phased project nearing completion, we’re making remarkable progress towards transforming the 14,000 SF ER into a cutting-edge facility. Just two more phases to go! Through the success of the project, HCA has expanded the scope, incorporating new improvements in multiple areas of the hospital. Fulcrum is diligently coordinating the installation of new millwork in the ER’s under-construction and other completed sections, while also renovating seven staff breakrooms spread across three floors. This impactful work requires meticulous coordination and communication with the hospital staff and management at each step. Thanks to careful planning and strategic sequencing, Fulcrum has consistently achieved project milestones ahead of schedule. Our main objectives remain maintaining course, overcoming any obstacles, and ensuring client satisfaction as we approach the project’s completion. Stay tuned for more updates on this incredible journey to revitalize Parkland Medical Center.
