Fulcrum Begins New Manufacturing Facility for EPSI in Derry, NH

Fulcrum Associates is partnering with Engineered Pressure Systems International (EPSI) on a new manufacturing facility in Derry, NH.

The approximately 27,000-square-foot facility will provide new manufacturing and office space to support EPSI’s operations. Fulcrum is working alongside RKB Architects, Building Engineering Resources, Inc., and the rest of the project team to bring the new facility to life.

Construction is getting underway, and we look forward to sharing updates as work progresses in the field.
