Fulcrum Associates is celebrating an incredible milestone as Senior Superintendent Ralph Fair marks 35 years with the company.

Ralph began his career at Fulcrum as a laborer and carpenter, working his way through the ranks to become one of the most experienced and respected members of our field team. Throughout his 35 years, he has taken on countless challenges, shared his knowledge with colleagues, and consistently stepped up to support projects and team members whenever needed.

Over the years, Ralph has earned the respect of coworkers, subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers through his strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to delivering quality construction projects.
