Construction Progress at Pelham Terrace: Six-Unit Building Takes Shape in Pelham, NH

Construction continues to advance at Pelham Terrace in Pelham, NH, where Fulcrum Associates is making significant progress on the development’s new six-unit residential building.

The building has reached another important milestone, with exterior framing, roofing, and siding now complete. These improvements mark a major step in the building’s construction as work transitions toward interior installations and finishes.

Inside, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work is underway as crews prepare for the next phases of interior construction. The project continues to take shape as part of the broader Pelham Terrace development, which includes renovations and phased new construction designed to expand housing opportunities in the community.

Fulcrum Associates is working alongside Housing Initiatives of New England, CWS Architects, TFMoran, Thornton Tomasetti, and the entire project team to bring these improvements to life. We appreciate the continued coordination and dedication of everyone involved as construction moves forward.
