Fulcrum Welcomes Robert Lallas as Director of Estimating

Fulcrum Associates is pleased to welcome Robert Lallas as our new Director of Estimating.

Rob brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience to Fulcrum, with an extensive background in estimating, preconstruction, project management, and leadership. His experience across multiple areas of the construction process provides a valuable perspective as Fulcrum continues to strengthen its preconstruction and estimating capabilities.

In his role as Director of Estimating, Rob will help lead Fulcrum’s estimating efforts and support project teams during the critical early stages of construction. From evaluating project scope and developing accurate budgets to working with clients, design teams, and trade partners, strong estimating and preconstruction services play an important role in setting projects up for success.

We’re excited to welcome Rob to the Fulcrum team and look forward to the experience, leadership, and construction knowledge he will bring to our clients and projects throughout New Hampshire and New England.
