Fulcrum Celebrates FLiC Graduates and Safety Award Recognition

Fulcrum Associates was proud to participate in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) NH/VT Safety Awards & Graduation BBQ, an event that recognized outstanding achievements in both professional development and workplace safety across the construction industry.

A special congratulations goes to Lara Lewis, Heather Leahey, Kara Grant, and William Peterson on their graduation from the Future Leaders in Construction (FLiC) program. The program is designed to develop the next generation of construction industry leaders, and we are proud of their commitment to professional growth and continued learning. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make on our team, projects, and the industry.

Fulcrum was also honored to receive the First Place Safety Award for achieving zero lost time incidents, as well as the Most Improved Safety Program Award. These recognitions reflect the dedication of our employees, subcontractors, and project partners who prioritize safety every day and work together to maintain safe, productive job sites.
