Fulcrum Selected as Construction Manager for Pelham Terrace Project in Pelham, NH

Fulcrum Associates is excited to announce our selection as Construction Manager for the Pelham Terrace project in Pelham, New Hampshire. This project represents an important step in expanding housing opportunities within the community through a combination of renovation and new construction.

The scope of work includes the renovation of existing structures, selective demolition, and phased new construction to support the overall development plan. Careful coordination and planning will be key as the project progresses through multiple phases while maintaining efficiency and quality.
