Fulcrum’s Dave Gambaccini, CCIM, Elected to National CCIM Institute Leadership

Congratulations to Fulcrum’s Dave Gambaccini, CCIM!

Dave, who earned his CCIM designation in 2018, has been an active leader within both the The CCIM Institute New England Chapter and The CCIM Institute. He was recently elected as one of four new members to serve on the Institute’s Executive Committee, responsible for strategic planning and guiding the organization’s national initiatives.

The CCIM designation signifies a high level of expertise and credibility within all fields of the commercial real estate industry. Dave’s involvement has already helped Fulcrum pursue larger and more complex development opportunities across New Hampshire and Massachusetts with David Wilson, CCIM, SIOR, at the Ryan Companies US, Inc. (We’ve got some big announcements of an awarded project coming soon, stay tuned!).
