Welcome to the Team John-Paul Zarba!

John-Paul has joined Fulcrum as our newest Superintendent and brings over a decade of construction management experience, having worked on large-scale projects in Boston, New York, and Saudi Arabia. Known for his hands-on leadership, strong communication, and practical approach, he consistently keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish.
