Hands-On Learning: Hollis-Brookline Student Joins Fulcrum’s Job Shadow Initiative

Fulcrum is proud to welcome Matthew Kellner, a student from Hollis-Brookline High School, as part of our first-ever Job Shadowing Program. Together with Hollis Brookline, we created this opportunity to give students hands-on exposure to the construction management industry.

Over the past few weeks, Matthew has visited multiple job sites, learning what it takes to succeed as a Superintendent, APM, and PM here at Fulcrum.

Programs like this build pathways for New Hampshire’s youth, strengthen our local workforce, and help bring back the trades. We’re excited to continue shaping the next generation of construction leaders.
