Breaking Ground: Fulcrum Begins Construction on Brookline Woods Housing Development

This multi-phase project partially funded by NHHFA will feature:
- (8) 5-unit townhouses
- (14) 4-unit senior living residences
- (1) duplex
The development will also include five accessible units and two hearing-impaired units. We’re proud to help bring this community to life and contribute to expanding housing options in Southern New Hampshire.
