Daryl Luter Testifies at State Capitol in Support of HB88

Fulcrum President, Daryl Luter, testified at the State Capitol as a Board Member of Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT in support of HB88, which seeks to prohibit project labor agreements (PLAs) on state-funded projects. As advocates for an open and competitive construction industry, we support a merit shop approach that allows all qualified contractors – regardless of union affiliation – to participate in public projects.
