Fulcrum Partnered with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) and Environments for Health Architecture (E4H) on the UMass Chan Lahey Medical School Renovation Project. This collaborative effort aimed to bolster the Medical Education program’s expansion by revitalizing the first floor of 29 Mall Road in Burlington MA, into a cutting-edge learning facility.

Spanning approximately 9,000 square feet, the project site underwent a comprehensive overhaul to accommodate a diverse array of essential facilities. These include small and large classrooms, faculty offices, student/staff lounges, and a dedicated space for OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Exam) sessions. The project’s central focus was to create an environment conducive to fostering optimal learning experiences for medical students, faculty, and staff alike.
