Fulcrum’s client wanted to move their growing practice into a new facility that would allow for expansion in the future while leasing a portion of the unused space to generate revenue in the near term. The challenge was to create a multi-tenant space that wouldn’t feel like a multi-tenant space when they fully occupied the facility. Fulcrum assisted with site analysis and selection, and supported the design and construction of the facility for a fixed budget. Working closely with the client and design team, this two-story diagnostic and treatment center for a renowned spine and orthopedic medical practice and research institute is a one-stop destination for patients’ surgical procedures and all necessary pre- and post-surgery support, including imaging. The beautiful building and peaceful setting provide a sense of comfort and confidence to patients, families, and doctors.
