Fulcrum Associates partnered with AutoFair Automotive Group to construct Genesis of Manchester, a new flagship automotive dealership in Bedford, New Hampshire. The 40,000-square-foot, full-service facility features a state-of-the-art showroom, dedicated service and detail bays, and a detached car wash, creating a premium customer experience aligned with the Genesis brand.
The project required complex structural execution, including 28-foot, fully grouted 8-inch CMU bearing walls, among the tallest load-bearing masonry walls in the region. To maintain the construction schedule while advancing work across multiple building elevations simultaneously, Fulcrum implemented detailed sequencing strategies and utilized laser instrumentation verified against the construction documents to ensure precision throughout the build.
The completed facility combines sophisticated automotive retail space with the service infrastructure required for daily dealership operations, delivering a high-quality flagship location for AutoFair and Genesis in Southern New Hampshire.
