Construction Progress Underway at EPSI’s New Manufacturing Facility in Derry, NH

Construction is moving forward at the future home of Engineered Pressure Systems International (EPSI) in Derry, NH, as Fulcrum Associates advances sitework and foundation construction for the new manufacturing facility.

The approximately 27,000-square-foot facility will provide new manufacturing and office space for EPSI, supporting the company’s operations and future growth.

Crews are actively preparing the building footprint, with foundation walls beginning to take shape and define the layout of the new facility. These early construction activities mark an important step as the project progresses from site preparation into vertical construction.
