Fulcrum Engages Students at Goffstown High School ELO Career Panel

President Daryl Luter joined a group of seven leaders from across multiple industries to share insights with students about career pathways, workplace expectations, and the wide range of opportunities available to them after graduation. The panel featured thoughtful student-driven questions and meaningful conversation about navigating early career decisions.

This event was created and run by two outstanding Goffstown High School students, Aubrey Caron, who served as the student facilitator, with support from Adele Yergeau, alongside Curt McDermott, who continues to be a tremendous advocate for Goffstown students and a driving force behind the school’s ELO program.

Karen C. Massone, Director of Human Resources, also attended the session and is actively collaborating with several high schools to explore additional ELO partnerships. Fulcrum remains committed to engaging with local students, supporting experiential learning, and helping young people discover interests and opportunities within the construction industry and beyond.

A sincere thank you to Goffstown High School, Curt, and the incredible students who made this event meaningful and impactful!
