As the Director of Human Resources of Fulcrum, Karen plays a leading role by providing a full range of human resources services focused on growth, culture, and retention. She understands the importance of fair and equitable treatment of all employees and how it formulates a stronger organization. She is also responsible for employee benefits, development opportunities and training, recruiting talent and encouraging open communications. She has been a key factor in helping grow Fulcrums Human Resources efforts by spearheading our recruitment efforts, employee relations and benefit programs.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration on business, as well as an associate degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance from New England College of Business.
Outside of work, Karen volunteers with local and national organizations supporting veterans’ wellbeing, children’s hospitals, animal welfare, and educational programs. Her certified Pet Therapy work spans across a network of medical facilities including Dartmouth Hitchcock (NH), Manchester VA (NH), Bedford VA (MA), and the Travis Mills Foundation (ME).
