Jeff has been involved in the construction industry for 45+ years. During that time, he has held positions ranging from field supervisor to project manager. With 35+ years of management experience, his responsibilities have covered the full range of construction services, including design development, purchasing, contract negotiation and administration as well as estimating and value engineering.
Jeff’s wide range of experience and diverse background is a proven asset and affords him a unique insight and perspective on the everyday challenges that confront the construction industry. His leadership in managing projects for Fulcrum’s clients in diverse locations throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic regions brings an added depth of experience to each project the firm undertakes. Jeff’s experience in building and construction technology has been brought to bear in numerous circumstances in conducting construction forensics and providing recommendations to owners, institutions, and insurers in reconstruction of damaged or destroyed facilities.
Jeff studied Computer Science and Business Administration at the University of Lowell, in Lowell, Massachusetts. He oversees the implementation and constant improvement of Fulcrum’s information systems. He also holds a Commonwealth of Massachusetts contractor’s license.
