Fulcrum Associates partnered with Great NH Restaurants, Inc. & Novo Studio Architects, to deliver the newly completed WinniDeck, a 1,900-square-foot outdoor dining addition to the existing T-BONES restaurant in Laconia, NH.
Perched above Paugus Bay, the new deck offers guests a relaxing space to enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and sweeping lakeside views. The addition enhances the restaurant’s dining capacity while embracing the natural beauty of its surroundings with an open-air layout, overhead canopy, and custom finishes that reflect the brand’s casual, welcoming atmosphere.
The WinniDeck project involved structural enhancements to support the expansive new platform, integration with the existing kitchen and service flow, and seamless coordination with the ongoing restaurant operations. This new outdoor space expands the guest experience and positions T-BONES as a go-to destination for summer dining on Lake Winnipesaukee.
