Fulcrum Associates proudly partnered with Great NH Restaurants, Inc. on the ground-up construction of a new T-BONES Great American Eatery in Hudson, New Hampshire. This project delivers a modern, full-service dining destination designed to enhance both the guest experience and operational efficiency, while continuing a long-standing relationship between the two teams.
The new one-story restaurant, featuring a partial basement, was constructed to support a high-volume commercial kitchen and full-service dining operations. The facility includes dedicated dry storage, refrigerated storage areas, and a fully integrated commercial kitchen layout designed to optimize workflow and staff efficiency. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were carefully coordinated to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment, while a complete automatic fire sprinkler system ensures code compliance and life safety throughout the building.
Site development played a key role in the success of this project. Work included comprehensive sitework, utility coordination, and the installation of new sidewalks and paved parking areas to support safe and convenient access for guests and staff. The layout was designed in accordance with all local zoning regulations and ADA accessibility requirements, ensuring a welcoming and functional environment for all visitors.
A major highlight of the project is the incorporation of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
