Fulcrum partnered with Primary Bank on their flagship headquarters for banking operations. The new 5,800SF two story headquarters would house traditional walk-in and drive-up banking services along with corporate administration and executive space. Constructed in an existing retail plaza, the site abutted a significant terrain challenge which required a fully engineered 40’ tall retaining wall around 40% of the new build. Proximity to wetlands was a significant challenge and was met with a comprehensive engineering and logistics plan to be sure the wetland was not impacted during construction. The overall construction of the building was developed around high efficiency thermal envelopes, equipment, and lean construction practices which greatly reduced the environmental impact of the new building both during and after construction.
