30,000 sq. ft. waste recycling & re-purposing facility in the Granite State Business Park in Rochester, NH.   The facility houses the corporate offices, warehouse and processing facilities for Newport and allows for a future 15,000 sq. ft. expansion.

The construction of the new facility was coordinated with the re-location of Airport Drive and accommodates the current utility and infrastructure right of way of the former road.

The design/build effort was coordinated by Fulcrum to achieve LEED certification.   Collaborating partners on the project included David Udelsman Associates – architect, Norway Plains – civil engineer, Yeaton Associates – mechanical engineer, and Jordan Institute – assisted with LEED facilitation and submittal.
