Fulcrum is currently engaged with the Fisher Cats in a stadium-wide Major League Baseball (MLB) compliance renovation. With an overall purpose of updating and upgrading the existing conditions of the facility, clubhouse, and amenities to meet new MLB standards, the on-field and free-standing work will take place during the 2022 Fisher Cat’s season with all clubhouse work commencing at the completion of the season.

MLB Compliance Upgrades Include:

  • Reconfiguration of the existing home and away club houses to receive to gender oriented offices, restrooms, and locker rooms
  • Installation of new, high-efficiency lighting
  • Amplification of stadium Wi-Fi connectivity and sound systems
  • Upgrading existing safety measures to better control hazards leaving the field and potentially injuring a fan or employee

Facility Upgrades Include:

  • Renovation and upgrade of player locker room, lounge, and dining areas
  • Removal of on-field bull pens from the field of play to improve player safety precautions
  • Updating weight room and training facility to current standards
  • Addition of a free-standing, pre-engineered building to house (2) year-round batting tunnels and weight room
  • Building features a canopy connecting its entrance to the existing stadium
  • Renovation of on-field dugouts to receive more seating, storage, and update finishes
  • The addition of high efficiency equipment and insulation
  • To increase overall performance of the facility and create savings over its life expectancy
