Fulcrum was chosen by the City of Manchester for the construction of their new Engine #9 Sub-Station. This state-of-the-art facility was set to replace the aging station, originally built in the 1960s. Unlike the current station, which accommodated just one engine, the new two-story, 11,000-square-foot facility comfortably houses two fire trucks, an ambulance, and even includes a community room for local neighborhoods. Overcoming project challenges, such as excavating into an existing hill, necessitated the implementation of earth retention and sub-surface water infiltration measures.
