Development & construction of a 45-acre artisan village style property consisting of a wedding and event venue accommodating 300+ guests; an education center offering cooking classes, beverage making and other lifestyle classes.

The Americus Restaurant boasts seating for 200+ guests, a 50-person private dining room, and a 100+ outside patio dining area.

The LaBelle Market offers on-site shopping for take-home gourmet prepared foods as well as LaBelle’s “The Winemaker’s Kitchen” line of culinary products. New on site vineyards were created in what once was the driving range of the existing 9 hole golf course. Adjacent to the new vineyard is a 3,500SF barn used for the onsite production of specialty wines and champagnes. This project marks yet another partnership between the LaBelle Family and the Fulcrum Team.
