The project consists of 122 luxury garden style apartments and 8 townhouse units across 3 buildings, as well as a 2-story, 6,000 sq. ft. amenity space, that comprises of a leasing office, gym, cyber café, and large roof deck dining/recreation space including gas grills for residence use. Building 1 consists of 42 units with parking on the first floor. Building 2 will consist of 80 units. Adjacent to the apartments is a new public riverside park and walkway. This amenity intertwines the new complex into the inner workings of the community. The project site was located on the grounds of an old tannery. This required the development of a soil mitigation plan as well as solutions for inadequate bearing capacity. A combination of Geo Concrete Columns for footing support and Grouted Rammed Aggregate Piers for slab on grade support was need to prepare the entire site for the project.
