Fulcrum successfully completed the Consolidation Project for Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) at the Cummings Center in Beverly, MA. Spanning 5,500 square feet, this transformative effort aimed to streamline operations by consolidating three separate practices into one cohesive space, reinvigorating the medical practice environment for the BILH team.
The project scope encompassed a comprehensive array of upgrades to enhance functionality and aesthetics. New exam rooms were designed to optimize patient care, while a revamped staff kitchen and workspaces were tailored to improve workflow efficiency. Upgraded bathrooms, along with a redesigned reception area featuring a modern waiting room and administrative space, were also integral components of the project.
