Seeing what few other people might, Bobbi and Tom Coyle had a vision to transform a rundown industrial building into a much needed child care center in Nashua. Fulcrum was able to turn their vision into reality into just five months. The building has come to be a landmark in this part of the city.
After Fulcrum successfully completed the conversion of a dilapidated industrial building into a first class 12,000sf child care center in 2000 it only made sense that Creative Years would call on Fulcrum again when it came time to expand. In order to meet the growing demand for their programs the Owner is adding additional classroom space as well as a multipurpose activity center. Work is scheduled to commence in May and will be complete in time for school to resume at the end of August.
