Fulcrum Associates joined GL Rogers, Brick & Barn Compass, Market Square Architects, and Ambit Engineering, Inc. for the new Residences at Foundry Place project in Portsmouth, NH. Hours of Construction

Construction will be limited to that permitted by the City Ordinances (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday). These hours will be clearly posted at both site entrances. No work is permitted on weekends. In the event that weekend work is required, Fulcrum will submit applicable requests in writing to the City of Portsmouth Building Department for approval.

Look-Ahead: November-December

  • Temporary Electric & Gas Installation: Continuing through February 2024
