THE RESIDENCES AT FOUNDRY PLACE
Fulcrum Associates joined GL Rogers, Brick & Barn Compass, Market Square Architects, and Ambit Engineering, Inc. for the new Residences at Foundry Place project in Portsmouth, NH. This multi-resident development features modern one, two, and three-bedroom units with upscale amenities. The community will also offer a fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy. Located in the heart of Portsmouth, residents have easy access to the city’s historic downtown area, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.

Hours of Construction
Construction will be limited to that permitted by the City Ordinances (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday). These hours will be clearly posted at both site entrances. No work is permitted on weekends. In the event that weekend work is required, Fulcrum will submit applicable requests in writing to the City of Portsmouth Building Department for approval.
Look-Ahead: November-December
