Fulcrum was selected to construct a 2-story, 40,000 s/f addition to the Concord Archives. This multi-phase project included a new addition, reworking existing parking lots and re-structuring a main road. Fulcrum worked with the design team, client, and subcontractors during the project to make certain this work did not affect the Archives Staff or the City of Concord.

The steel building included a brick façade and an EPDM roof with two roof top units. The 1st floor level had a man lift for transporting documents and a special vault was built for important documents that controlled humidity within the space.
