Fulcrum has recently been awarded the Construction Management contract for the Residences at Riverfront Landing project located on Bridge Street in Nashua, NH. Located on the banks of the Merrimack River, the project will include 3 separate 5-story buildings, with the first floor serving as structured parking. Each building will consist of 76 units, with a total of 228 garden-style, market-rate apartments.
Another 2-story building will be constructed as “core and shell” to provide commercial lease space. The first floor is intended to be fit-up for retail or office space. The second floor is being targeted for a restaurant and will be fit-up once a tenant is identified. An exterior deck will surround the building’s second floor with a paved patio beneath.
Additionally, there will be a clubhouse building that comprises of a leasing office, gym, cyber café, and small community room. The gym is anticipated to contain treadmills, benches, stationary bicycles, and free weights. The cyber café will also serve as a lounge, with computers being accessible for resident use. The community function space will also be available to rent for private events.
The project’s potential start date is the second week of August 2016, with final completion being estimated for Spring of 2018.
